How do I make sure I get my Best Friend's Club member 5% discount on Science Diet, Royal Canin, Nutrience and Nutro dog and cat foods?
It's easy. Just make sure you are logged in. Your discounts will automatically be applied for eligible products. If you use guest checkout then the discount does not apply.

No need to worry. All you need to do is enter your email address into both the email and password field and this should prompt you to access your online account.

It's because some or all of the items you have ordered are out of stock in your local store. You will only be able to select a store that all the items are available from.

This error message is popping up due to the large volume of orders we are currently receiving. Unfortunatly with no simple fix, you will need to close your browser and start again. This appears to be the only solution, until our team investigates and finds the reason behind this issue.

Although we are an essential service and our suppliers are all on board, our deliveries are taking longer than normal to arrive. Some products may also be temporarily out of stock. We will be processing your order as fast as possible but we may experience some delays. We will endeavour to pack, process and ship your order within in 1-2 days of receiving it. We will be in contact if there is going to be an extended delay or if there is an issue with the product you ordered.
Shipping will take longer than normal while we are at level 3 lockdown. We are estimating delivery times as follows: Local: 2-5 days
North Island: 5-7 days
South Island: 7-14 days
Rural: 7-14 days

All customers who spend over $49 on an order, unless living rurally, will get FREE SHIPPING. Any orders under $49 will incur a $7.50 shipping fee. Rural customers can expect to pay an additional $7.50 for their orders.
